And, indeed We gave Our Grace to Musa (Moses) and Harun (Aaron). 114 We saved them and their people from great distress; 115 And helped them, so they were victorious. 116 And We gave them the divine writ that made [right and wrong] distinct, 117 And We guided them on the straight path. 118 and left them thus to be remembered among later generations: 119 Peace be unto Moses and Aaron! 120 This is how We reward those who do good: 121 Indeed, they were of Our believing servants. 122 Elijah too was one of the messengers. 123 He asked his people: 'Do you not fear (Allah)? 124 "Will ye call upon Baal and forsake the Best of Creators,- 125 God your Lord and Lord of your forefathers?" 126 But they gave him the lie: and therefore they will most surely be arraigned [on Judgment Day,] 127 Except the chosen servants of Allah. 128 And We left for him (a goodly remembrance) among generations (to come) in later times; 129 Peace be unto Elias! 130 Thus indeed do We reward those who do right. 131 Verily he was one of Our bondmen believing. 132 And indeed, Lot was among the messengers. 133 [So mention] when We saved him and his family, all, 134 except for an old woman who was among those that stayed behind. 135 We then destroyed the others. 136 and, verily, [to this day] you pass by the remnants of their dwellings at morning-time 137 And at night; will you not then reflect? 138
