And We verily gave grace unto Moses and Aaron, 114 And We delivered them both and their people from the mighty distress. 115 And We helped them, so they were victorious. 116 and We gave them the Manifesting Book, 117 And We guided them both on the right way. 118 and left them thus to be remembered among later generations: 119 Peace be upon Moses and Aaron!' 120 Verily, thus do We reward the Muhsinun (good-doers - see V. 2:112). 121 Verily! They were two of Our believing slaves. 122 Elias too was one of the Envoys; 123 When he said to his people: "Will you not fear Allah? 124 Do you call on Baal, and abandon the Best of creators? 125 Allah, your Lord and the Lord of your fathers of yore? 126 But they belied him, so they will be among the arraigned (in Hell), 127 Except the chosen bondmen of Allah. 128 And We left for him [favorable mention] among later generations: 129 'Peace be upon Elias!' 130 Even thus do We reward the doers of good. 131 He was one of Our believing servants. 132 And indeed, Lot was among the messengers. 133 Wherefore We saved him and his entire family 134 except for an old woman who remained behind. 135 Then We totally destroyed the others. 136 and you pass by them in the morning 137 And during the night; so do you not have sense? 138
