And We indeed did a great favour to Moosa and Haroon. 114 And We delivered them and their people from (their) Great Calamity; 115 And We succoured them so that they became overcomers. 116 And We gave them the divine writ that made [right and wrong] distinct, 117 And guided them to the Right Path; 118 and left them thus to be remembered among later generations: 119 Peace be unto Musa and Harun. 120 Thus indeed do We reward those who do right. 121 Surely both of them were among Our believing servants. 122 Verily Elias is one of the apostles. 123 When he said to his people: Do you not guard (against evil)? 124 Call ye upon Bal and forsake the Best of creators. 125 God, your Sustainer and the Sustainer of your forebears of old?" 126 but they rejected him, and thus will certainly be called to account; 127 except the chosen servants of God. 128 And We left for him among the posterity: 129 "Peace be on Elijah and his people!" 130 Even so We recompense the good-doers; 131 for he was truly one of Our believing servants! 132 AND, BEHOLD, Lot was indeed one of Our message-bearers; 133 when We delivered him and his people all together, 134 except an old woman who was among those that stayed behind; 135 Then We destroyed the others. 136 and you pass by them in the morning 137 And at night; will you not then reflect? 138
