We also bestowed Our favour on Moses and Aaron: 114 And saved them and their people from great distress, 115 And helped them, so that they became the victors; 116 And We gave them the clear Scripture; 117 And guided them to the Right Path; 118 And We left (this blessing) for them among generations (to come) in later times: 119 'Peace be upon Moses and, Aaron!' 120 Thus do We reward the righteous ones. 121 For they were two of our believing Servants. 122 Elias was certainly a Messenger. 123 When he said to his people: "Will you not fear Allah? 124 What! do you call upon Ba'l and forsake the best of the creators, 125 Allah, your Lord and the Lord of your first forefathers?" 126 but they rejected him, and thus will certainly be called to account; 127 except the sincere servants of God. 128 And We left for him (a goodly remembrance) among generations (to come) in later times; 129 Peace be upon Elias. 130 It is thus indeed that We reward those who do good: 131 Indeed, he was of Our believing servants. 132 Lot was also one of the messengers. 133 When We saved him and his household, every one, 134 Except an old woman who was one of those who stayed behind. 135 and We destroyed the others. 136 and, verily, [to this day] you pass by the remnants of their dwellings at morning-time 137 And at night; will you not then reflect? 138
