We also favored Moses and Aaron 114 And rescued them and their people from the great calamity. 115 And We helped them, so they overcame (their troubles); 116 We granted them a Clear Book, 117 And We led the twain on unto the straight path. 118 And We left for them among the later folk (the salutation): 119 Peace be on Moses and Aaron. 120 That is how We reward those who do good. 121 Lo! they are two of Our believing slaves. 122 AND, BEHOLD, Elijah [too] was indeed one of Our message-bearers 123 When he said unto his folk: Will ye not ward off (evil)? 124 Do you call on Baal, and abandon the Best of creators? 125 God, your Lord, and the Lord of your fathers?" 126 But they called him a liar, therefore they shall most surely be brought up. 127 Except the sincere and devoted Servants of Allah (among them). 128 And we left for him among the later folk (the salutation): 129 Peace be unto Elyasin. 130 Verily We! thus We recompense the well-doers. 131 He is indeed one of Our high ranking, firmly believing bondmen. 132 AND, BEHOLD, Lot was indeed one of Our message-bearers; 133 When We saved him and his household, every one, 134 except an old woman who was among those that stayed behind; 135 Then We annihilated the others. 136 You pass by them in the morning 137 and in the night; will you not understand? 138
