AND [thus it is:] We have not created heaven and earth and all that is between them without meaning and purpose, as is the surmise of those who are bent on denying the truth: but then, woe from the fire [of hell] unto all who are bent on denying the truth! 27 [For,] would We treat those who have attained to faith and do righteous deeds in the same manner as [We shall treat] those who spread corruption on earth? Would We treat the God-conscious in the same manner as the wicked? 28 (Here is) a Book which We have sent down unto thee, full of blessings, that they may mediate on its Signs, and that men of understanding may receive admonition. 29 We bestowed Solomon on David who was an excellent devotee, for he turned to God in penitence. 30 [Mention] when there were exhibited before him in the afternoon the poised [standing] racehorses. 31 he said, "My love of horses for the cause of God has made me continue watching them until sunset, thus making me miss my prayer". 32 "Bring them back unto me!" - and would [lovingly] stroke their legs and their necks. 33 Certainly We tried Solomon, and We cast upon his throne a mere body; then he repented. 34 He said: “My Lord, forgive me and bestow upon me a kingdom such as none other after me will deserve. Surely You are the Bounteous Giver.” 35 Then We subjected the wind to his power, to flow gently to his order, Whithersoever he willed,- 36 and We also subjected the devils to him -- all kinds of builders and divers; 37 And many others bound in bond. 38 This is Our free gift, therefore give freely or withhold, without reckoning. 39 In Our eyes he certainly has a high position and the best place to return. 40

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
