Remember Our votary Job because he called to his Lord: "Satan has afflicted me with disease and distress." 41 (We said): 'Stamp your foot on the ground, here is cool water with which to wash and a drink' 42 And We granted to him his family and also the like of them, as a mercy from Us, and as a reminder to people of understanding, 43 And take in your hand a green branch and beat her with It and do not break your oath; surely We found him patient; most excellent the servant! Surely he was frequent in returning (to Allah). 44 And remember Our bondmen Ibrahim, and Ishaq, and Yaqub – the men of power and knowledge. 45 We distinguished them for the distinct remembrance of the abode (of the Hereafter). 46 Lo! in Our sight they are verily of the elect, the excellent. 47 And remember Isma'il (Ishmael), Al-Yasa'a (Elisha), and Dhul-Kifl (Isaiah), all are among the best. 48 This is a Message (of admonition): and verily, for the righteous, is a beautiful Place of (Final) Return,- 49 the Gardens of Eden whose gates shall be open to them, 50 Where they will take their ease, calling for fruits in plenty, and for wine, 51 ۞ and with them maidens restraining their glances of equal age. 52 This it is that ye are promised for the Day of Reckoning. 53 Indeed this is Our sustenance, which will never end. 54 Yea, such! but - for the wrong-doers will be an evil place of (Final) Return!- 55 Hell!- they will burn therein, - an evil bed (indeed, to lie on)!- 56 All this; so let them taste it - boiling water and pus, 57 and other torments of the like kind coupled together. 58 “Here is another group that was with you, falling along with you”; they will answer, “Do not give them plenty of open space; they surely have to enter the fire – let them also be confined!” 59 (The followers shall cry to the misleaders:) "Nay, ye (too)! No welcome for you! It is ye who have brought this upon us! Now evil is (this) place to stay in!" 60 They will say: "Our Lord! whoever brought this upon us,- Add to him a double Penalty in the Fire!" 61 And they say, “What is the matter with us that we do not see the men whom we thought were evil?” 62 Did we take them as an object of mockery, or have (our) eyes failed to perceive them?" 63 Verily all this is true. This is how the inmates of the Fire will dispute among themselves. 64
