And make mention (O Muhammad) of Our bondman Job, when he cried unto his Lord (saying): Lo! the devil doth afflict me with distress and torment. 41 We said, "Stamp your foot! Here is cool water for you to wash in and drink," 42 And We gave him (back) his people, and doubled their number,- as a Grace from Ourselves, and a thing for commemoration, for all who have Understanding. 43 [We said], "And take in your hand a bunch [of grass] and strike with it and do not break your oath." Indeed, We found him patient, an excellent servant. Indeed, he was one repeatedly turning back [to Allah]. 44 Remember Our servants Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob -- possessors of strength and vision. 45 We distinguished them for the distinct remembrance of the abode (of the Hereafter). 46 Indeed with Us they are among the chosen, the excellent. 47 Also, remember our worshipers Ishmael, Elisha, and ThulKifl, they are among the good. 48 This is a reminder. And lo! for those who ward off (evil) is a happy journey's end, 49 gardens of perpetual bliss, with gates wide-open to them, 50 Therein they will recline; therein they will call for plenteous fruit and drink. 51 ۞ They will have bashful wives of equal age with them. 52 This is what they had been promised for the Day of Judgment. 53 Our provision for you will never be exhausted. 54 All of this; but, for the proud there is an ill return. 55 they will burn, in Hell, an evil resting place -- 56 Here is a boiling and an ice-cold draught, so let them taste it, 57 And other torments of similar kind, all together! 58 Here is a troop rushing headlong with you! No welcome for them! truly, they shall burn in the Fire! 59 They say, 'No, it is you have no Welcome; you forwarded it for us; how evil a stablishment!' 60 They will say: 'Our Lord, give those who brought this upon us double the punishment of the Fire' 61 And will add: "O what has happened to us that we do not see the men we counted among the wicked. 62 Is it [because] we took them in ridicule, or has [our] vision turned away from them?" 63 All this is certainly true -- the inhabitants of the Fire will blame one another in this way. 64

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
