1/2 Hizb 46

And remember Our servant Job: when he cried to his Lord: “Behold, Satan has afflicted me with much hardship and suffering.” 41 (We answered his prayer, healed his sickness, and told him), "Run on your feet. This is cool water (for you) to wash and drink". 42 And We granted to him his family and also the like of them, as a mercy from Us, and as a reminder to people of understanding, 43 We told him, "Take a handful of straw. Strike your wife with it to fulfill your oath." We found him to be patient. What an excellent servant he was. He was certainly most repenting. 44 Remember Our votaries Abraham, Isaac and Jacob, men of power and insight. 45 Verily We! We distinguished them with a distinct quality: the remembrance of the Abode. 46 They were, in Our sight, truly, of the company of the Elect and the Good. 47 And call to mind Ishmael and Elisha, and every one who [like them] has pledged himself [unto Us]: for, each of them was of the truly good! 48 This is a Reminder, and indeed for the cautious is a fine return, 49 the Gardens of eternity with gates thrown wide open to them. 50 Therein will they recline (at ease): Therein can they call (at pleasure) for fruit in abundance, and (delicious) drink; 51 ۞ With companions of modest look, the same in age, by their side. 52 This is what is promised you for the Day of Reckoning. 53 This is surely Our provision never-ending. 54 This is for the virtuous; and indeed for the rebellious is a wretched destination. 55 Hell, where they will burn, an evil resting-place. 56 This - so let them taste it - is scalding water and [foul] purulence. 57 And similar other punishments in pairs. 58 Here is a troop rushing headlong with you! No welcome for them! truly, they shall burn in the Fire! 59 They will say nay! it is ye, for whom there is no welcome: it is ye who have brought it upon us. Evil shall be the resting-place. 60 They say: Our Lord! Whoever did prepare this for us, oh, give him double portion of the Fire! 61 And will add: "O what has happened to us that we do not see the men we counted among the wicked. 62 [and] whom we made the target of our derision? Or are they here, and our eyes have missed them?" 63 Verily this is the very truth: the wrangling of the fellows of the Fire! 64
