Say (O Muhammad SAW): "I am only a warner and there is no Ilah (God) except Allah (none has the right to be worshipped but Allah) the One, the Irresistible, 65 Lord of the heavens and the earth and whatsoever is in-between the twain, the Mighty, the Forgiver. 66 Say: "This is a momentous message, 67 Ye are therefrom averting. 68 "I had no knowledge of the chiefs (angels) on high when they were disputing and discussing (about the creation of Adam). 69 “I receive only the divine revelations, that I am purely a clear Herald of Warning.” 70 When your Lord told the angels, "I will create a mortal out of clay, 71 After I have created him and breathed into him of My spirit, fall you down, prostrating yourselves to him.” 72 all the angel then prostrated themselves 73 Saving Iblis; he was scornful and became one of the disbelievers. 74 God said, "Satan, what prevented you from prostrating yourself to what I created with My own Hands? Were you overcome by arrogance, or are you of those who think [only] of themselves as exalted?" 75 (Iblis) said: "I am better than he: thou createdst me from fire, and him thou createdst from clay." 76 He said: “Get out of here; surely you are accursed, 77 My curse will remain upon you till the Day of Judgement!" 78 He said, "Lord, grant me respite until the Day of Resurrection". 79 (Allah) said: "Respite then is granted thee- 80 till the Day whose Hour I know.” 81 (Iblis) said: “By Your glory, I shall mislead them all 82 "Except Your chosen slaves amongst them (faithful, obedient, true believers of Islamic Monotheism)." 83 (Allah) said: "Then it is just and fitting- and I say what is just and fitting- 84 I shall certainly fill Gehenna with you and every one of them that follows you' 85 (O Prophet), tell them: “I do not ask you for any recompense for the performance of this task; nor am I given to affectation. 86 This is nothing else but a reminder to all the worlds, 87 You will know the truth of the matter after a while.” 88
