Say thou: I am but warner, and there is no god but Allah, the One, the Subduer. 65 the Lord of the heavens and the earth and all that is between them; the Almighty, the Forgiving' 66 Say: "That is a Message Supreme (above all),- 67 From which you turn away. 68 "No knowledge have I of the Chiefs on high, when they discuss (matters) among themselves. 69 'Only this has been revealed to me: that I am to give warning plainly and publicly." 70 When your Lord said to the angels: 'I am creating a human from clay, 71 After I have created him and breathed into him of My spirit, fall you down, prostrating yourselves to him.” 72 Thereupon the angels prostrated themselves, all of them together, 73 But not Iblis: he was proud and he was one of the unbelievers. 74 Said Allah, “O Iblis! What prevented you from prostrating before one whom I have created with My hands*? Have you become proud or were you haughty from the beginning?” (Used as a metaphor). 75 He said: "I am better than he. You created me from fire, and him from clay." 76 Said He, 'Then go thou forth hence; thou art accursed. 77 “And indeed My curse is upon you till the Day of Judgement.” 78 He said: "O Lord, give me respite till the day the dead rise from their graves." 79 (Allah) said: "Verily! You are of those allowed respite 80 until the day of the known time.' 81 He said: by Thy majesty, then, I shall surely seduce them, all. 82 except those among them who are Your sincere worshipers' 83 God said, "This is the truth, I speak only the truth, 84 that I shall certainly fill hell with you and your followers all together". 85 Say: "No reward do I ask of you for this (Qur'an), nor am I a pretender. 86 "This is no less than a Message to (all) the Worlds. 87 You will certainly know its truthfulness after a certain time. 88
