Proclaim (O dear Prophet Mohammed – peace and blessings be upon him), “I am purely a Herald of Warning – and there is no God except Allah, the One, the All Dominant.” 65 Lord of the heavens and the earth and all that lies between them, all-mighty, all-forgiving." 66 Say, "It (facts about the supremacy of God) is the greatest message, 67 "From which you turn away! 68 I had no knowledge of the High Assembly's dispute. 69 It is revealed unto me only that I may be a plain warner. 70 [For,] lo, thy Sustainer said unto the angels: "Behold, I am about to create a human being out of clay; 71 "When I have fashioned him (in due proportion) and breathed into him of My spirit, fall ye down in obeisance unto him." 72 Thereupon the angels prostrated themselves, all of them together, 73 except Iblis who puffed himself up with pride and became a disbeliever. 74 God said, "Satan, what prevented you from prostrating yourself to what I created with My own Hands? Were you overcome by arrogance, or are you of those who think [only] of themselves as exalted?" 75 (Iblis) said: "I am better than he: thou createdst me from fire, and him thou createdst from clay." 76 Allah said: get thee forth therefrom; verily thou art driven away. 77 'My curse shall rest on you until the Day of Recompense' 78 But Satan said, "My Lord, grant me respite until the Day of Resurrection," 79 (Allah) said: "Verily! You are of those allowed respite 80 till the Appointed Day." 81 He said: by Thy majesty, then, I shall surely seduce them, all. 82 Other than the chosen ones among Your creatures." 83 (Allah) said: "The Truth is, and the Truth I say, 84 Most certainly will I fill hell with thee and such of them as shall follow thee, all together!" 85 Say (O Muhammad, unto mankind): I ask of you no fee for this, and I am no simulating. 86 “It is not but an advice for the entire world.” 87 “And you will come to know of its tidings, after a while.” 88
