Say: 'I am only a warner. There is not any god but God, the One, the Omnipotent, 65 "The Lord of the heavens and the earth and all that is between them, the All-Mighty, the Oft-Forgiving." 66 Say: "This is a message tremendous: 67 (And) you are turning aside from it: 68 “What did I know of the heavenly world, when the angels had disputed.” 69 I have only received revelation to give you plain warning. 70 Your Lord said to the angels, "I am about to create a human being out of clay; 71 When I have shaped him, and breathed My spirit in him, fall you down, bowing before him!' 72 So the angels prostrated themselves, all of them: 73 Saving Iblis; he was scornful and became one of the disbelievers. 74 Allah said: O Iblis! what preventeth thee from prostrating thyself before that which I have created with both my hands? Becomest thou stiff-necked, or art thou of the exalted ones? 75 (Iblis) said: "I am better than he: thou createdst me from fire, and him thou createdst from clay." 76 (Allah) said: "Then get thee out from here: for thou art rejected, accursed. 77 And lo! My curse is on thee till the Day of Judgment. 78 [Iblis (Satan)] said: "My Lord! Give me then respite till the Day the (dead) are resurrected." 79 Said Allah, “You are therefore among those given respite.” 80 Till the appointed day." 81 He said, "By Your Honour, I will lead all of them astray, 82 [all] save such of them as are truly Thy servants!" 83 He said: The truth then is and the truth do I speak: 84 That I shall fill Hell with thee and such of them as shall follow thee, all together. 85 (Muhammad), say, "I do not ask any reward for my preaching to you for I am not a pretender. 86 “It is not but an advice for the entire world.” 87 And most certainly you will come to know about it after a time. 88
