Say: 'I am only a warner. There is not any god but God, the One, the Omnipotent, 65 Lord of the heavens and the earth and whatever is between them, the Exalted in Might, the Perpetual Forgiver." 66 Say, “That is a great tidings.” 67 From which you turn away. 68 I had no knowledge of the High Council when they disputed. 69 This alone is revealed to me, that I am only a clear warner.' 70 When your Lord told the angels, "I will create a mortal out of clay, 71 and when I have formed him fully and breathed into him of My spirit, fall you down before him in prostration!" 72 So the angels prostrated - all of them entirely. 73 but not Satan, who was too proud. He became one of those who deny the truth. 74 Allah said: O Iblis! what preventeth thee from prostrating thyself before that which I have created with both my hands? Becomest thou stiff-necked, or art thou of the exalted ones? 75 He said, "I am better than him. You have created me from fire and him out of clay". 76 He said: Then get out of it, for surely you are driven away: 77 My curse will remain upon you till the Day of Judgement!" 78 He said, “My Lord! Therefore give me respite till the day when all will be raised.” 79 Said Allah, “You are therefore among those given respite.” 80 "Till the Day of the time appointed." 81 Said he, 'Now, by Thy glory, I shall pervert them all together, 82 Save Thy single-minded slaves among them. 83 (Allah) said: "Then it is just and fitting- and I say what is just and fitting- 84 “That I will fill hell with you and with those among them who follow you, all together.” 85 Say: 'I ask of you no wage for it, neither am I of those who take things upon themselves. 86 It is naught but an admonition unto the worlds. 87 And ye shall surely come to know the truth thereof after a season. 88
