Say (O Muhammad SAW): "I am only a warner and there is no Ilah (God) except Allah (none has the right to be worshipped but Allah) the One, the Irresistible, 65 The Lord of the heavens and the earth and what is between them, the Mighty, the most Forgiving. 66 Say, "It (facts about the supremacy of God) is the greatest message, 67 (And) you are turning aside from it: 68 I had no knowledge of the exalted chiefs when they contended: 69 “I receive only the divine revelations, that I am purely a clear Herald of Warning.” 70 When thy Lord said to the angels, 'See, I am creating a mortal of a clay. 71 After I have created him and breathed into him of My spirit, fall you down, prostrating yourselves to him.” 72 So all the angels prostrated themselves 73 Not so Iblis: he was haughty, and became one of those who reject Faith. 74 He said: O Iblis! What hindereth thee from falling prostrate before that which I have created with both My hands? Art thou too proud or art thou of the high exalted? 75 Said he, 'I am better than he; Thou createdst me of fire, and him Thou createdst of clay.' 76 The Lord said, "Get out of here. You deserve to be stoned! 77 And surely My curse is on you to the day of judgment. 78 [Iblis (Satan)] said: "My Lord! Give me then respite till the Day the (dead) are resurrected." 79 (Allah) said: "Verily! You are of those allowed respite 80 Until the day of the time appointed. 81 Said he, 'Now, by Thy glory, I shall pervert them all together, 82 except Your sincere servants among them". 83 (God) said: "This is right by Me, and what I say is right. 84 [That] I will surely fill Hell with you and those of them that follow you all together." 85 Say (O Muhammad, unto mankind): I ask of you no fee for this, and I am no simulating. 86 This is only a warning for mankind. 87 And ye shall surely come to know the truth thereof after a season. 88
