Proclaim (O dear Prophet Mohammed – peace and blessings be upon him), “I am purely a Herald of Warning – and there is no God except Allah, the One, the All Dominant.” 65 the Sustainer of the heavens and the earth and all that is between them, the Almighty, the All-Forgiving!" 66 Say, “That is a great tidings.” 67 but you have turned away from it. 68 (Tell them): “I had no knowledge of the High Council when they were disputing. 69 This alone is revealed to me, I am only a clear warner' 70 Recall what time thy Lord said unto the angels: verily I am about to create a human being from clay; 71 "When I have fashioned him (in due proportion) and breathed into him of My spirit, fall ye down in obeisance unto him." 72 all the angel then prostrated themselves 73 except Iblis who puffed himself up with pride and became a disbeliever. 74 Allah said: O Iblis! what preventeth thee from prostrating thyself before that which I have created with both my hands? Becomest thou stiff-necked, or art thou of the exalted ones? 75 He said: I am better than he: me Thou hast created of fire, and him Thou hast created of clay. 76 Said He, 'Then go thou forth hence; thou art accursed. 77 "And My curse shall be on thee till the Day of Judgment." 78 Said [Iblis]: "Then, O my Sustainer, grant me a respite till the Day when all shall be raised from the dead!" 79 Allah said: verily, thou art of those respited. 80 Till the period of the time made known. 81 (Iblis) said: "Then, by Thy power, I will put them all in the wrong, 82 except those of Your servants, the chosen ones from amongst them.” 83 Said He, 'This is the truth, and the truth I say; 84 I will fill up Hell with you together with those who follow you." 85 (Muhammad), say, "I do not ask any reward for my preaching to you for I am not a pretender. 86 "This is no less than a Message to (all) the Worlds. 87 “And you will come to know of its tidings, after a while.” 88
