Say: 'I am only a warner. There is not any god but God, the One, the Omnipotent, 65 Lord of the heavens and the earth and whatever is between them, the Exalted in Might, the Perpetual Forgiver." 66 Say, "It (facts about the supremacy of God) is the greatest message, 67 To which you pay no heed. 68 "I had no knowledge of the chiefs (angels) on high when they were disputing and discussing (about the creation of Adam). 69 'Only this has been revealed to me: that I am to give warning plainly and publicly." 70 (Remember) when your Lord said to the angels: "Truly, I am going to create man from clay". 71 When I have shaped him, and breathed My spirit in him, fall you down, bowing before him!' 72 So the angels prostrated themselves, all of them together: 73 Except Iblees; he was arrogant and became among the disbelievers. 74 The Lord said, "Iblis, what prevented you from prostrating before what I have created with My own hands? Was it because of your pride or are you truly exalted?" 75 Answered [Iblis]: "I am better than he: Thou hast created me out of fire, whereas him Thou hast created out of clay." 76 (Allah) said: "Then get out from here, for verily, you are outcast. 77 "And My curse shall be on thee till the Day of Judgment." 78 He said: My Lord! Reprieve me till the day when they are raised. 79 Allah said: verily, thou art of those respited. 80 Till the period of the time made known. 81 (Iblis) said: "Then, by Thy power, I will put them all in the wrong, 82 except for those among them who are Your chosen servants." 83 He said: The Truth is, and the Truth I speak, 84 I will fill up Hell with you together with those who follow you." 85 Say, [O Muhammad], "I do not ask you for the Qur'an any payment, and I am not of the pretentious 86 It, (the Quran), is nothing but a reminder to you from the Lord of the Universe. 87 You will certainly know its truthfulness after a certain time. 88
