Say: "I am only a warner, and there is no other god but God, the one, the omnipotent, 65 "The Lord of the heavens and the earth, and all between,- Exalted in Might, able to enforce His Will, forgiving again and again." 66 Say, "It (facts about the supremacy of God) is the greatest message, 67 “You are neglectful of it!” 68 I had no knowledge of the High Assembly's dispute. 69 it has only been revealed to me that I am a plain warner." 70 [So mention] when your Lord said to the angels, "Indeed, I am going to create a human being from clay. 71 And when I have fashioned him and breathed into him of My Spirit, then fall down before him prostrate, 72 Then the angels bowed themselves all together, 73 except Iblis who puffed himself up with pride and became a disbeliever. 74 He said: O Iblis! what prevented you that you should do obeisance to him whom I created with My two hands? Are you proud or are you of the exalted ones? 75 He said: I am better than he: me Thou hast created of fire, and him Thou hast created of clay. 76 'Begone' said He, 'you are stoned'. 77 'My curse shall rest on you until the Day of Recompense' 78 (Iblis) said: "O my Lord! Give me then respite till the Day the (dead) are raised." 79 (Allah) said: "Verily! You are of those allowed respite 80 Till the period of the time made known. 81 He said, "By Your Honour, I will lead all of them astray, 82 “Except Your chosen bondmen among them.” 83 Said Allah, “So this is the truth; and I speak only the truth.” – 84 “That I will fill hell with you and with those among them who follow you, all together.” 85 Say: I do not ask you for any reward for it; nor am I of those who affect: 86 It is nothing but a reminder unto all beings, 87 and you will most certainly grasp its purport after a lapse of time!" 88
