Say: 'I am only a warner. There is no god except Allah, the One, the Conqueror, 65 “Lord of the heavens and the earth and all that is between them – the Almighty, the Oft Forgiving.” 66 Say: 'It is a mighty tiding 67 but you have turned away from it. 68 I had no knowledge of the Highest Chiefs when they disputed; 69 Only this has been revealed to me that I am a distinct warner. 70 (Remember) when your Lord said to the angels: "Truly, I am going to create man from clay". 71 After I have created him and breathed into him of My spirit, fall you down, prostrating yourselves to him.” 72 The angels fell down prostrate, every one, 73 Saving Iblis; he was scornful and became one of the disbelievers. 74 He said: O Iblis! what prevented you that you should do obeisance to him whom I created with My two hands? Are you proud or are you of the exalted ones? 75 He said: I am better than he; Thou hast created me of fire, and him Thou didst create of dust. 76 Said He, 'Then go thou forth hence; thou art accursed. 77 Upon thee shall rest My curse, till the Day of Doom.' 78 He said: My Lord! Reprieve me till the day when they are raised. 79 Answered He: "Verily, so [be it:] thou shalt be among those who are granted respite 80 Till the period of the time made known. 81 He said, "By Your Glory, I shall seduce all of them (children of Adam). 82 [all] save such of them as are truly Thy servants!" 83 Said He, 'This is the truth, and the truth I say; 84 That I shall fill hell with thee and with such of them as follow thee, together. 85 Say: I do not ask you for any reward for it; nor am I of those who affect: 86 It is but a reminder to the worlds. 87 And you will surely know [the truth of] its information after a time." 88
