Say: "I am only a warner, and there is no other god but God, the one, the omnipotent, 65 Lord of the heavens and the earth and whatever is between them, the Exalted in Might, the Perpetual Forgiver." 66 Say: 'It is a mighty tiding 67 but you have turned away from it. 68 "No knowledge have I of the Chiefs on high, when they discuss (matters) among themselves. 69 Naught is revealed unto me except that I am a warner manifest. 70 [So mention] when your Lord said to the angels, "Indeed, I am going to create a human being from clay. 71 "When I have fashioned him (in due proportion) and breathed into him of My spirit, fall ye down in obeisance unto him." 72 So all the angels prostrated, every one, without exception. 73 Except Iblis (Satan) he was proud and was one of the disbelievers. 74 The Lord said, "Iblis, what prevented you from prostrating before what I have created with My own hands? Was it because of your pride or are you truly exalted?" 75 He said: "I am better than he. You created me from fire, and him from clay." 76 He said, “Therefore exit from heaven, for you have been outcast.” (To disrespect the Prophets – peace and blessings be upon them – is blasphemy.) 77 "And My curse shall be on thee till the Day of Judgment." 78 He said, "Lord, grant me respite until the Day of Resurrection". 79 He said: Lo! thou art of those reprieved 80 till the Day the time whereof is known [only to Me]." 81 He said: by Thy majesty, then, I shall surely seduce them, all. 82 Other than the chosen ones among Your creatures." 83 He (i.e. Allah) said: “This is the Truth -- and I only speak the Truth -- 84 That I will most certainly fill hell with you and with those among them who follow you, all. 85 Say: 'I ask of you no wage for it, neither am I of those who take things upon themselves. 86 “It is not but an advice for the entire world.” 87 You will know the truth of the matter after a while.” 88
