(Muhammad) say, "I am only a warner. The only Lord is God, the Almighty. 65 The Lord of the heavens and the earth and what is between them, the Mighty, the most Forgiving. 66 Say: 'This is a mighty message 67 but you have turned away from it. 68 I had no knowledge of the chiefs on high when they disputed; 69 it has only been revealed to me that I am a plain warner." 70 Recall what time thy Lord said unto the angels: verily I am about to create a human being from clay; 71 And when I have made him and have breathed into him of My spirit. Fall down in homage before him." 72 Then the angels, all of them, prostrated themselves before Adam 73 Except Iblees; he was arrogant and became among the disbelievers. 74 He (Allah) said: 'iblis, what prevented you from prostrating yourself towards that which I have created with My Hands? Have you become too proud, or are you among the grand' 75 Satan replied, "I am better than him. You created me from fire, but You created him from clay." 76 Said He, 'Then go thou forth hence; thou art accursed. 77 Upon you will be My damnation till the Day of Doom." 78 He said, “My Lord! Therefore give me respite till the day when all will be raised.” 79 (Allah) said: "Respite then is granted thee- 80 "Till the Day of the time appointed." 81 He said: by Thy majesty, then, I shall surely seduce them, all. 82 "Except Thy Servants amongst them, sincere and purified (by Thy Grace)." 83 He said: The truth then is and the truth do I speak: 84 [That] I will surely fill Hell with you and those of them that follow you all together." 85 Say: "No reward do I ask of you for this (Qur'an), nor am I a pretender. 86 It, (the Quran), is nothing but a reminder to you from the Lord of the Universe. 87 And ye will come in time to know the truth thereof. 88
Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.
