Proclaim (O dear Prophet Mohammed – peace and blessings be upon him), “I am purely a Herald of Warning – and there is no God except Allah, the One, the All Dominant.” 65 "The Lord of the heavens and the earth, and all between,- Exalted in Might, able to enforce His Will, forgiving again and again." 66 Say, "It (facts about the supremacy of God) is the greatest message, 67 (And) you are turning aside from it: 68 [Say, O Muhammad:] "No knowledge would I have had of [what passed among] the host on high when they argued [against the creation of man,] 69 I am told (about matters) by means of revelation only because I am a clear warner.” 70 When thy Lord said to the angels, 'See, I am creating a mortal of a clay. 71 and when I have formed him fully and breathed into him of My spirit, fall you down before him in prostration!" 72 The angels prostrated themselves, all of them. 73 Except Iblis; he was proud and was, from the beginning, a disbeliever. 74 The Lord said: “O Iblis, what prevented you from prostrating yourself before him whom I created of My Two Hands. Are you waxing proud, or fancy yourself to be too exalted?” 75 Answered [Iblis]: "I am better than he: Thou hast created me out of fire, whereas him Thou hast created out of clay." 76 The Lord said, "Get out of here. You deserve to be stoned! 77 Upon you will be My damnation till the Day of Doom." 78 He said: My Lord! Reprieve me till the day when they are raised. 79 He said: Lo! thou art of those reprieved 80 “Until the time of the known day.” 81 He said, "By Your Honour, I will lead all of them astray, 82 Save Thy bondmen among them Sincere. 83 The Lord said, "I swear by the Truth - and I speak the Truth - 84 Most certainly will I fill hell with thee and such of them as shall follow thee, all together!" 85 Say: "I do not ask any compensation of you for it, nor am I a specious pretender. 86 this is simply an admonition to mankind, 87 And ye shall surely come to know the truth thereof after a season. 88
