Say, "O My servants who have believed, fear your Lord. For those who do good in this world is good, and the earth of Allah is spacious. Indeed, the patient will be given their reward without account." 10 Say: "Verily, I am commanded to serve Allah with sincere devotion; 11 and I am bidden to be foremost among those who surrender themselves unto God." 12 Say: "I would, if I disobeyed my Lord, indeed have fear of the Penalty of a Mighty Day." 13 Say: Allah I worship, making my religion pure for Him (only). 14 So worship what you will besides Him." Say, "Indeed, the losers are the ones who will lose themselves and their families on the Day of Resurrection. Unquestionably, that is the manifest loss." 15 They shall have coverings of fire above them and coverings beneath them; with that Allah makes His servants to fear, so be careful of (your duty to) Me, O My servants! 16 There is good news for those who shun the worship of false deities and turn to God, so give good news to My servants, 17 who listen to what is said and follow what is best in it. These are the ones God has guided; these are the people endowed with understanding. 18 What! as for him then against whom the sentence of chastisement is due: What! can you save him who is in the fire? 19 But for those who truly feared their Lord, there will be tall mansions, built up storey upon storey, beneath which there will be rivers flowing. This is God's promise: God never fails in His promise. 20 Have you not seen that God has sent down water from the sky and made it flow as springs out of the earth? He makes crops of different colors grow with this water and flourish, which then turn yellow and wither away. In this there is a reminder for the people of understanding. 21
