Hizb 47

۞ But who does greater evil than he who lies against God and cries lies to the very truth, when it comes to him? Is there not in Gehenna a lodging for the unbelievers? 32 But he who brought the Truth, and those who confirmed it as true, such are the ones who shall be guarded against the chastisement. 33 They shall have whatever they want with their Lord, that is the recompense of the gooddoers, 34 That God may absolve them of their sins and reward them for the best that they had done. 35 Is not Allah Sufficient for His slave? And they threaten you with others beside Him! And whomever Allah sends astray there is no guide for him. 36 And whoever Allah guides - for him there is no misleader. Is not Allah Exalted in Might and Owner of Retribution? 37 If thou askest them, 'Who created the heavens and the earth?' they will say, 'God.' Say: 'What think you? That you call upon apart from God -- if God desires affliction for me, shall they remove His affliction? Or if He desires mercy for me, shall they withhold His mercy?' Say: 'God is enough for me; in Him all those put their trust who put their trust.' 38 Say: "O my People! Do whatever ye can: I will do (my part): but soon will ye know- 39 upon whom the punishment will come that will degrade him, and who will be overtaken by an everlasting punishment' 40 We have Sent down this Book to you with the truth for all mankind. So, he who comes to guidance does so for himself, and he who goes astray does so for his own loss; on you does not lie their guardianship. 41

When reading the Colorful Quran in English transliterated Arabic mode, you may not notice that there is an algorithm designed to match the pause requirements of the original Arabic scripture, (waqf signs). As you may know, the original Arabic Quran has five main types of pauses, (waqf) signs. (1) Compulsory break, where the transliteration uses a full stop. (2) Optional pause with the preference for pausing, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a probability of two thirds. (3) Optional stop with an equal preference for pausing and resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a half-half probability. (4) Optional pause with the preference for resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a chance of one third. (5) Attraction pause, also called hugging, or (mu’anaka) sign, where it is compulsory to pause at either one of two nearby positions, but not both; where the transliteration inserts a comma at either one of the two locations with a half-half probability.
