۞ So who is more unjust than one who fabricates a lie against Allah, and denies the truth when it comes to him? Is not the destination of disbelievers in hell? 32 And he who has come with the very truth and confirms it, those they are the godfearing. 33 They will receive whatever they want from their Lord. Thus is the reward of the righteous ones. 34 And to this end, God will efface from their record the worst that they ever did, and give them their reward in accordance with the best that they were doing [in life]. 35 Is God not enough for His servant? Yet they try to frighten you with other [deities] besides Him! For such as God lets go astray, there will be no guide; 36 whereas he whom God guides aright can never be led astray. Is not God almighty, an avenger of evil? 37 And verily, if you ask them: "Who created the heavens and the earth?" Surely, they will say: "Allah (has created them)." Say: "Tell me then, the things that you invoke besides Allah, if Allah intended some harm for me, could they remove His harm, or if He (Allah) intended some mercy for me, could they withhold His Mercy?" Say: "Sufficient for me is Allah; in Him those who trust (i.e. believers) must put their trust." 38 Say: "O my [truth-denying] people! Do yet all that may be within your power, [whereas] I, behold, shall labour [in God's way]: in time you will come to know 39 On whom cometh a torment humiliating him, and on whom alighteth a torment lasting. 40 Lo! We have revealed unto thee (Muhammad) the Scripture for mankind with truth. Then whosoever goeth right it is for his soul, and whosoever strayeth, strayeth only to its hurt. And thou art not a warder over them. 41
