Those who rejected the truth will be led to Hell in throngs. When they reach it, its gates will be opened and its keepers will say to them, "Have messengers not come to you from among yourselves, who conveyed to you the revelations of your Lord and warned you about meeting [Him] on this Day?" They will answer, "Yes, they did come." But the decree of punishment has proved true against the deniers of the truth. 71 It is said (unto them): Enter ye the gates of hell to dwell therein. Thus hapless is the journey's end of the scorners. 72 And those who keep their duty to their Lord are driven unto the Garden in troops till, when they reach it, and the gates thereof are opened, and the warders thereof say unto them: Peace be unto you! Ye are good, so enter ye (the Garden of delight), to dwell therein; 73 And they will say: all praise unto Allah, who hath fulfilled His promise unto us and made us inherit this land, so that we may dwell in the Garden wherever we will! Excellent then is the hire of the workers! 74 And thou shalt see the angels encircling about the Throne proclaiming the praise of their Lord; and justly the issue shall be decided between them; and it shall be said, 'Praise belongs to God, the Lord of all Being.' 75
