Lo! We verily do help Our messengers, and those who believe, in the life of the world and on the day when the witnesses arise, 51 the Day when the excuses offered by the wrong-doers shall not avail them. They shall be victims of the curse and a woeful abode. 52 And, indeed We gave Musa (Moses) the guidance, and We caused the Children of Israel to inherit the Scripture [i.e. the Taurat (Torah)], 53 for a guidance and for a reminder to men possessed of minds. 54 Therefore have patience; the promise of Allah is true, and ask forgiveness of your sins, and exalt with the praise of your Lord in the evening and at dawn. 55 Verily those who dispute regarding the Signs of Allah without any evidence that might have come to them, nothing but vain pride fills their hearts. Yet they shall never be able to satisfy the pride with which they are puffed up. So seek refuge with Allah. Verily He is All-Hearing, All-Seeing. 56 Surely the creation of the heavens and the earth is a greater act than the creation of human beings. But most people do not know. 57 And not equal are the blind and the seeing, nor are those who believe and do righteous deeds and the evildoer. Little do you remember. 58 The Hour will certainly come: Therein is no doubt: Yet most men believe not. 59 Your Lord has said, "Pray to Me for I shall answer you prayers. Those who are too proud to worship Me will soon go to hell in disgrace". 60
