We shall help Our Messengers and the believers, in this life and on the day when witness will come forward. 51 The day upon which their excuses will not benefit the evil-doers, and the condemnation and evil abode will be theirs. 52 And assuredly We vouchsafed unto Musa the guidance, and We caused the Children of Isra'il to inherit the Book. 53 as a [means of] guidance and a reminder for those who were endowed with insight: 54 So be thou patient; surely God's promise is true. And ask forgiveness for thy sin, and proclaim the praise of thy Lord at evening and dawn. 55 Those who dispute concerning the signs of Allah without any proof having come to them – in their hearts is nothing but a craving for greatness which they shall never achieve; therefore seek the refuge of Allah; indeed He only is the All Hearing, the All Seeing. 56 Assuredly the creation of the heavens and the earth is greater than the creation of mankind; but most of mankind know not. 57 And the blind man and the seer are not equal, neither are those who believe and do good works (equal with) the evil-doer. Little do ye reflect! 58 The Hour of Doom will inevitably come, but most people do not have faith. 59 Your Lord has said, 'Call upon Me and I will answer you. Surely those who wax too proud to do Me service shall enter Gehenna utterly abject.' 60
