We will, without doubt, help our messengers and those who believe, (both) in this world's life and on the Day when the Witnesses will stand forth,- 51 The excuses of the unjust will be of no benefit to them on that day. They will be condemned to live in a most terrible abode. 52 To Moses We had given guidance and to the children of Israel We had given the Book 53 as a [means of] guidance and a reminder for those who were endowed with insight: 54 So be patient (O Muhammad SAW). Verily, the Promise of Allah is true, and ask forgiveness for your fault, and glorify the praises of your Lord in the Ashi (i.e. the time period after the midnoon till sunset) and in the Ibkar (i.e. the time period from early morning or sunrise till before midnoon) [it is said that, that means the five compulsory congregational Salat (prayers) or the 'Asr and Fajr prayers]. 55 Those who dispute concerning the signs of Allah without any proof having come to them – in their hearts is nothing but a craving for greatness which they shall never achieve; therefore seek the refuge of Allah; indeed He only is the All Hearing, the All Seeing. 56 Indeed, the creation of heavens and earth is greater than the creation of mankind, yet most people do not know. 57 The blind and the seeing are surely not alike, nor those who believe and act rightly and those who do evil. Little do you reflect! 58 Lo! the Hour is surely coming, there is no doubt thereof; yet most of mankind believe not. 59 Your Lord has said: 'Call on Me and I will answer you. Those who are too proud to worship Me shall enter Gehenna utterly abject' 60
