We shall help Our Messengers and the believers, in this life and on the day when witness will come forward. 51 upon the day when their excuses shall not profit the evildoers, and theirs shall be the curse, and theirs the evil abode. 52 We also gave Moses the guidance, and We bequeathed upon the Children of Israel the Book 53 as their inheritance and as a guide and a reminder to the people of understanding. 54 (Muhammad), exercise patience. The promise of God is true. Seek forgiveness for your sins and glorify your Lord with His praise in the evenings and in the early mornings. 55 Verily those who dispute regarding the Signs of Allah without any evidence that might have come to them, nothing but vain pride fills their hearts. Yet they shall never be able to satisfy the pride with which they are puffed up. So seek refuge with Allah. Verily He is All-Hearing, All-Seeing. 56 The creation of the heavens and the earth is indeed greater than the creation of mankind, yet most of mankind know not. 57 The blind and the sighted are not equal, just as those who believe and do good works and those who do evil are not equal: how seldom you reflect! 58 The Hour of Doom will inevitably come, but most people do not have faith. 59 But your Sustainer says: "Call unto Me, [and] I shall respond to you! Verily, they who are too proud to worship Me will enter hell, abased!" 60

قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
