Allah it is Who hath appointed for you the night that ye may repose therein, and the day enlightening. Verily Allah is the Lord of Grace for mankind; but most of mankind return not thanks. 61 Such is God, your Sustainer, the Creator of all that exists: there is no deity save Him. How perverted, then, are your minds! 62 Thus it is only those who had denied Allah's Signs that were led astray. 63 It is God who has created the earth as a place for you to live and the sky as a dome above you. He has shaped you in the best form and has provided you with pure sustenance. This is God, your Lord. Blessed is God, the Lord of the Universe. 64 He is the Living One. There is no deity save Him. So pray to Him, making religion pure for Him [only]. Praise be to God, the Lord of the Universe! 65 ۞ (Muhammad), say, "I have been forbidden to worship whatever you worship besides God after receiving clear evidence from my Lord. I have been commanded to submit myself to the will of the Lord of the Universe". 66 It is He who created you from dust, then from a drop of fluid, then from a tiny, clinging form, then He brought you forth as infants, then He allowed you to reach maturity, then He let you grow old, though some of you die sooner, and reach your appointed term so that you may reflect. 67 It is He who gives you life and death. When He creates a thing, He has only to say: "Be," and it is. 68
