Seest thou not those that dispute concerning the Signs of Allah? How are they turned away (from Reality)?- 69 Those who gave the lie to this Book and all the Books which We had sent with Our Messengers shall soon come to know the Truth 70 when they shall have to carry the shackles and chains [of their own making] around their necks, 71 into the boiling water and then are thrown into the Fire, 72 They will then be asked: "Where are they you took as partners 73 other than Allah' They will reply: 'They have gone astray from us. Indeed what we used to call upon before is nothing' Accordingly, Allah leads the unbelievers astray. 74 [The angels will say], "That was because you used to exult upon the earth without right and you used to behave insolently. 75 Enter the gates of Hell to stay therein forever. The abode of the arrogant is evil. 76 So be patient, (O Prophet). Surely Allah's promise is true. Whether We show them a part of the woeful consequences against which We warn them (while you are still in their midst) or We recall you (from this world) before that, eventually it is to Us that they shall be brought back. 77 We sent Messengers before thee; of some We have related to thee, and some We have not related to thee. It was not for any Messenger to bring a sign, save by God's leave. When God's command comes, justly the issue shall be decided; then the vain-doers shall be lost. 78
