Did you not see those who dispute concerning the signs of Allah? Where are they being diverted? 69 Those who deny the Book and what We have sent down with Our apostles, will soon come to know 70 When the fetters and chains are round their necks they shall be dragged 71 into the boiling water and then are thrown into the Fire, 72 Then it will be said to them, "Where is that which you used to associate [with Him in worship] 73 They will say, "They have been lost to us; nay, we did not invoke anything before [that had real existence]." Thus God leaves the deniers of the truth to stray; 74 (They will be told): “This is because while you were on earth you took delight in untruth and exulted in it. 75 So enter the gates of Hell to abide in it for ever." How evil the abode of the arrogant! 76 Therefore be patient (O dear Prophet Mohammed – peace and blessings be upon him), undoubtedly Allah’s promise is true; and whether We show some of what We promise them, or cause you to pass away before it – in any case they will return to Us. 77 And We have already sent messengers before you. Among them are those [whose stories] We have related to you, and among them are those [whose stories] We have not related to you. And it was not for any messenger to bring a sign [or verse] except by permission of Allah. So when the command of Allah comes, it will be concluded in truth, and the falsifiers will thereupon lose [all]. 78
