Ghaafer 9 of 9
It is God who appointed for you the cattle, some of them to ride and of some you eat; 79 You may also obtain other benefits from them. You may ride them to seek whatever you need or be carried by them as ships carry you by sea. 80 And He shows you (always) His Signs: then which of the Signs of Allah will ye deny? 81 Did they not travel in the land to see what sort of fate befell those before them? They were more than these in number, and they exceeded them in strength and the signs they left behind in the earth – so what benefit did they get from what they earned? 82 When their Messengers came to them with Clear Signs, they arrogantly exulted in whatever knowledge they had. They were then encompassed by what they had mocked. 83 So when they saw Our punishment, they said: "We believe in Allah Alone and reject (all) that we used to associate with Him as (His) partners. 84 Their faith proved to be of no benefit to them when they became subject to Our torment. Such was God's prevailing tradition among His servants in the past. Thus were the unbelievers destroyed. 85
God Almighty has spoken the truth.
