In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
Ha. Mim. 1 A Revelation from (Allah), Most Gracious, Most Merciful;- 2 A Book, whereof the verses are explained in detail;- a Qur'an in Arabic, for people who understand;- 3 It bears glad tidings and a warning, yet most of them turn away and do not listen. 4 and so they say, [as it were:] "Our hearts are veiled from whatever thou callest us to, [O Muhammad,] and in our ears is deafness, and between us and thee is a barrier. Do, then, [whatever thou wilt, whereas,] behold, we shall do [as we have always done]!" 5 Proclaim (O dear Prophet Mohammed – peace and blessings be upon him), “Physically I am a human like you – I receive the divine revelation that your God is only One God, therefore be upright towards Him and seek forgiveness from Him”; and woe is to the polytheists. – 6 Those who do not give zakah, and in the Hereafter they are disbelievers. 7 "The ones who believe and perform good deeds shall have a reward which will never be withheld from them." 8
