The deniers of the Truth say: “Do not give ear to the Qur'an and cause interruption when it is recited; thus perhaps you will gain the upper hand.” 26 Therefore, We will most certainly make those who are bent on denying the truth taste a severe punishment and We will most certainly requite them according to the worst of their deeds, 27 that is the reward of the enemies of God, the Fire will be their everlasting home, a reward for their rejection of Our revelations. 28 And those who disbelieve will say: Our Lord! Show us those who beguiled us of the jinn and humankind. We will place them underneath our feet that they may be among the nethermost. 29 Lo! those who say: Our Lord is Allah, and afterward are upright, the angels descend upon them, saying: Fear not nor grieve, but hear good tidings of the paradise which ye are promised. 30 “We are your friends in the life of this world and in the Hereafter; in it for you is all that you may wish for, and for you is all what you ask.” 31 An entertainment from the Forgiving, the Merciful. 32
