Al-Zukhruf 7 of 7
(It will be said to them): “My servants, today you have nothing to fear or regret, 68 you who believed in Our Signs and had surrendered yourselves (to Us)! 69 (it will be said) 'You and your spouses, enter, walking with joy into Paradise' 70 Dishes and goblets of gold will be passed around them with all that their souls desire and their eyes delight in. "There you will remain forever: 71 This is the Garden which ye have been made to inherit for that which ye have been working. 72 “For you are many fruits in it, for you to eat therefrom.” 73 But the evil-doers shall abide in the torment of Hell. 74 that is not abated for them and therein they are sore confounded. 75 And We are not unjust to them, but they themselves were unjust. 76 And - they will cry: O keeper let thy Lord make an end of us. He will say: verily ye shall bide 77 Certainly We have brought you the truth, but most of you are averse to the truth. 78 Have they determined an affair? then verily We are also determining. 79 Do they fancy that We do not listen to their whispers and their counselling? Why not, We surely do! And Our angels are with them, writing down. 80 Say (O Muhammad): If the Beneficent One hath a son, then, I shall be first among the worshippers. (But there is no son). 81 The Lord of the heavens and the earth and the Throne is too glorious to be described in the way they describe Him. 82 So let them flounder (in their talk) and play until they meet the Day which they are promised. 83 And He it is Who is God in the heavens and God in the earth, and He is the Wise, the Knower. 84 And blessed is He to whom belongs the dominion of the heavens and the earth and whatever is between them and with whom is knowledge of the Hour and to whom you will be returned. 85 And those whom they worship besides Allah do not have the right of intercession – the right of intercession is only for those who testify to the Truth and have knowledge. 86 If thou ask them, who created them, they will certainly say, Allah: How then are they deluded away (from the Truth)? 87 We call to witness the cry of the Messenger: “O Lord, these are a people not wont to believe!” 88 Turn away from them and say: "Peace." They will come to know soon. 89

عند قراءة القرآن الملون في وضعية اللغة العربية المرسومة بالأحرف الإنجليزية، قد لا تلاحظ وجود منظومة برمجية مصممة لمطابقة متطلبات علامات الوقف في النص العربي الأصلي. فكما تعلم، يحتوي القرآن على خمسة أنواع رئيسية من علامات الوقف. (1) وقف لازم، حيث يستخدم الرسم الإنجليزي نقطة وقف. (2) وقف جائز مع الوقف أولى، حيث يستخدم الرسم الإنجليزي فاصلة قد تظهر باحتمال الثلثين. (3) وقف جائز مع تساوي أولوية الوقف والوصل، حيث يستخدم الرسم الإنجليزي فاصلة قد تظهر باحتمال النصف للنصف. (4) وقف جائز مع الوصل أولى، حيث يستخدم الرسم الإنجليزي فاصلة قد تظهر باحتمال الثلث. When reading the Colorful Quran in English transliterated Arabic mode, you may not notice that there is an algorithm designed to match the pause requirements of the original Arabic scripture, (waqf signs). As you may know, the original Arabic Quran has five main types of pauses, (waqf) signs. (1) Compulsory break, where the transliteration uses a full stop. (2) Optional pause with the preference for pausing, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a probability of two thirds. (3) Optional stop with an equal preference for pausing and resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a half-half probability. (4) Optional pause with the preference for resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a chance of one third. (5) Attraction pause, also called hugging, or (mu’anaka) sign, where it is compulsory to pause at either one of two nearby positions, but not both; where the transliteration inserts a comma at either one of the two locations with a half-half probability.
