Lo, the Tree of Ez-Zakkoum 43 The food of sinners. 44 Like the dregs of all! It shall seethe in the bellies: 45 like the boiling of hot water. 46 [It will be commanded], "Seize him and drag him into the midst of the Hellfire, 47 "Then pour over his head the Penalty of Boiling Water, 48 [It will be said], "Taste! Indeed, you are the honored, the noble! 49 This is what you used to doubt.” 50 Lo! those who kept their duty will be in a place secured. 51 Amidst gardens and springs. 52 clothed in fine silk and rich brocade, sitting face to face with one another. 53 Just like that. We shall pair them with companions with large black eyes. 54 There can they call for every kind of fruit in peace and security; 55 There they shall not taste death, except the first death, and He will shield them from the punishment of Hell, 56 A bounty from thy Lord. That is the supreme triumph. 57 THUS, THEN, [O Prophet,] have We made this [divine writ] easy to understand, in thine own [human] tongue, so that men might take it to heart. 58 Wait then (O Muhammad SAW); Verily, they (too) are waiting. 59
