The food of the Zakkum tree 43 Is food for the sinful. 44 Like murky oil, it boils within bellies 45 like the boiling of burning despair. 46 "Seize him and drag him into the depths of Hell," (it will be said), 47 Then pour boiling water over his head as punishment. 48 Taste; you forsooth are the mighty, the honorable: 49 This is what you doubted?" 50 [As against this] verily, the God-conscious will find themselves in a state secure, 51 In the midst of gardens and of springs, 52 They will be dressed in fine silk and embroidery, facing one another (on thrones). 53 So; and We shall join them to fair women with beautiful, big, and lustrous eyes. 54 They will call therein for every [kind of] fruit - safe and secure. 55 They will not experience any death other than that which they have already been through. 56 As a Bounty from your Lord! That will be the supreme success! 57 We have now made it easy on your tongue, in order that they remember. 58 So watch, [O Muhammad]; indeed, they are watching [for your end]. 59
