The food of the Zakkum tree 43 shall be food for the sinners: 44 like molten lead will it boil in the belly, 45 like water. 46 “Seize him, and forcibly drag him right to the blazing fire.” 47 then pour over his head the anguish of burning despair! 48 Taste it - thou who [on earth] hast considered thyself so mighty, so noble! 49 "Verily! This is that whereof you used to doubt!" 50 Verily! The Muttaqun (pious - see V. 2:2), will be in place of Security (Paradise). 51 Amidst gardens and springs. 52 Attired in fine silk and brocade, facing each other. 53 Thus shall it be. And We shall pair them with companions pure, most beautiful of eye. 54 They will call for every kind of fruit with satisfaction. 55 and neither shall they taste death there after having passed through their erstwhile death. Thus will He have preserved them from all suffering through the blazing fire 56 A bounty from thy Lord. That! that is the supreme achievement. 57 Verily, We have made this (Qur'an) easy, in thy tongue, in order that they may give heed. 58 Wait, then; they too are waiting. 59
