Lo! the tree of Zaqqum, 43 is food for the sinner. 44 Like molten brass, it seetheth in their bellies 45 Like the boiling of hot water. 46 Lay hold of him, and drag him unto the midst of the Flaming Fire. 47 then pour boiling water over his head as chastisement. 48 Taste thou! thou art indeed mighty, honoured! 49 Surely this is what you disputed about. 50 But those mindful of God will be in a safe place, 51 amid gardens and springs, 52 clothed in fine silk and rich brocade, sitting face to face with one another. 53 Thus shall it be. And We shall pair them with companions pure, most beautiful of eye. 54 They will call therein for every [kind of] fruit - safe and secure. 55 Nor will they there taste Death, except the first death; and He will preserve them from the Penalty of the Blazing Fire,- 56 A bounty from thy Lord. That! that is the supreme achievement. 57 And We have made (this Scripture) easy in thy language only that they may heed. 58 So wait thou and watch; for they (too) are waiting. 59
