The food of the Zakkum tree 43 is food for the sinner. 44 Like molten copper; it churns in their bellies. 45 Like the churning of boiling water. 46 Seize him, then drag him down into the middle of the hell; 47 Then pour boiling water over his head as punishment. 48 Taste this, you are a person mighty and noble! 49 This is that which you doubted' 50 Indeed, the righteous will be in a secure place; 51 Amid gardens and watersprings, 52 Attired in silk and silk embroidery, facing one another. 53 Thus shall it be. And We shall pair them with companions pure, most beautiful of eye. 54 therein calling for every fruit, secure. 55 They shall not taste therein of death, save the first death, And He shall guard them against the chastisement of Hell -- 56 as a favour from your Lord. That is the great triumph. 57 THUS, THEN, [O Prophet,] have We made this [divine writ] easy to understand, in thine own [human] tongue, so that men might take it to heart. 58 Wait thou then; verily they also are waiting. 59
God Almighty has spoken the truth.
