Lo, the Tree of Ez-Zakkoum 43 is food for the sinner. 44 Like the dregs of all! It shall seethe in the bellies: 45 as boiling water bubbles. 46 Lay hold of him, and drag him unto the midst of the Flaming Fire. 47 "Then pour over his head the torment of boiling water, 48 'Taste! Surely thou art the mighty, the noble. 49 "Truly this is what ye used to doubt!" 50 Surely those who fear and follow the straight path will be in a place of peace and security 51 Among Gardens and Springs; 52 Dressed in fine silk and (also) in thick silk, facing each other, 53 so it will be. We shall wed them to maidens with large, dark eyes. 54 therein calling for every fruit, secure. 55 They will not taste death therein, save the first death. God will save them from the torment of Hell 56 a bounty from thy Lord; that is the mighty triumph. 57 (O Prophet), We have made this Book easy in your tongue so that they may take heed. 58 Wait (for God's decree) and they too will be waiting. 59
