Verily the tree of Zaqqum 43 shall be the food of the sinful. 44 like molten copper, bubbling in the belly 45 Like the boiling of scalding water. 46 "Seize him and drag him into the depths of Hell," (it will be said), 47 then pour over his head the chastisement of boiling water!' 48 [It will be said], "Taste! Indeed, you are the honored, the noble! 49 "Truly this is what ye used to doubt!" 50 [As against this] verily, the God-conscious will find themselves in a state secure, 51 Within gardens and springs, 52 Attired in fine silk and brocade, facing each other. 53 We shall unite them to maidens with big black and white lovely eyes. 54 They will be offered all kinds of fruits, in peace and security. 55 They will not taste death therein, except the first death; and He will preserve them from the torment of the Flaming Fire. 56 A bounty from thy Lord. That! that is the supreme achievement. 57 And We have made this Qur’an easy in your language, for them to understand. 58 Wait then; they too are waiting. 59
