Verily, the tree of Zaqqum, 43 Is the food of the sinners. 44 Like boiling oil, it will boil in the bellies, 45 Like the boiling of hot water. 46 [It will be commanded], "Seize him and drag him into the midst of the Hellfire, 47 “Then pour on his head the punishment of boiling water.” 48 "Taste thou (this)! Truly wast thou mighty, full of honour! 49 "Verily! This is that whereof you used to doubt!" 50 [As against this] verily, the God-conscious will find themselves in a state secure, 51 In the midst of gardens and of springs, 52 Dressed in fine silk and (also) in thick silk, facing each other, 53 Even so. And We shall pair them with fair damsels large-eyed. 54 They will be offered all kinds of fruits, in peace and security. 55 They will not taste death therein, except the first death; and He will preserve them from the torment of the Flaming Fire. 56 as a bounty from your Lord. That will be the mighty triumph. 57 We have made this Quran easy to understand, in your own language, so that they may take heed. 58 So watch, [O Muhammad]; indeed, they are watching [for your end]. 59
True are the words of God the Almighty.

قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
