Lo, the Tree of Ez-Zakkoum 43 will be the food of the sinful: 44 It is like pitch. It will fume in the belly 45 Like the boiling of hot water. 46 (It will be said of such sinners), "Seize them and drag them into the middle of hell. 47 Then pour unto their heads the boiling water to torment them". 48 Saying “Taste it! Indeed you only are the most honourable, the dignified!” 49 Surely this is what you disputed about. 50 Lo! those who kept their duty will be in a place secured. 51 Within gardens and springs, 52 Dressed in fine silk and in rich brocade, they will face each other; 53 We shall unite them to maidens with big black and white lovely eyes. 54 There in security, they will call for every kind of fruit. 55 They will not experience any death other than that which they have already been through. 56 A grace from your Lord; this is the great achievement. 57 We have made this Quran easy to understand, in your own language, so that they may take heed. 58 So wait thou and watch; for they (too) are waiting. 59
