Al-Dukhaan 3 of 3
Surely the fruit of the Zaqqum tree 43 The food of the sinner! 44 Like boiling oil, it will boil in the bellies, 45 like the boiling of hot water. 46 [It will be commanded], "Seize him and drag him into the midst of the Hellfire, 47 "Then pour over his head the Penalty of Boiling Water, 48 (Saying): Taste! Lo! thou wast forsooth the mighty, the noble! 49 This is the torment that you persistently doubted". 50 [As against this] verily, the God-conscious will find themselves in a state secure, 51 among gardens and springs, 52 Dressed in fine silk and (also) in thick silk, facing each other, 53 As such, We shall wed them to wide eyed houris (the virgins of Paradise). 54 They will call therein for every kind of fruit, in peace and security. 55 They shall not taste therein death except the first death, and He will save them from the punishment of the hell, 56 God will protect them from the torment of hell as a favor from your Lord. (Muhammad), this is certainly the greatest triumph. 57 And We have made this Qur’an easy in your language, for them to understand. 58 So wait thou [for what the future will bring]: behold, they, too, are waiting. 59

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
