Surely the tree of the Zaqqum, 43 is the food of the guilty, 44 like molten lead will it boil in the belly, 45 like boiling water. 46 Lay hold of him, and drag him unto the midst of the Flaming Fire. 47 Then pour unto their heads the boiling water to torment them". 48 Taste this, you are a person mighty and noble! 49 "Verily! This is that whereof you used to doubt!" 50 But those mindful of God will be in a safe place, 51 Among Gardens and Springs; 52 Dressed in fine silk and in rich brocade, they will face each other; 53 We shall unite them to maidens with big black and white lovely eyes. 54 They will call therein for every kind of fruit, in peace and security. 55 They will not taste death therein, save the first death. God will save them from the torment of Hell 56 A bounty from thy Lord. قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
