Al-Dukhaan 3 of 3
Verily the tree of Zaqqum 43 Is food for the sinful. 44 Like murky oil, it boils within bellies 45 Like the boiling of scalding water. 46 'Take him, and thrust him into the midst of Hell, 47 then pour over his head the anguish of burning despair! 48 (Saying): Taste! Lo! thou wast forsooth the mighty, the noble! 49 This is the torment that you persistently doubted". 50 Verily! The Muttaqun (pious - see V. 2:2), will be in place of Security (Paradise). 51 In gardens and springs; 52 wearing [garments] of silk and brocade, facing one another [in love]. 53 Even so. And We shall pair them with fair damsels large-eyed. 54 They call therein for every fruit in safety. 55 There they will not know any death apart from the first death they had died, and will be kept safe from the torment of Hell 56 God will protect them from the torment of hell as a favor from your Lord. (Muhammad), this is certainly the greatest triumph. 57 And We have made this Qur’an easy in your language, for them to understand. 58 Wait then; they too are waiting. 59
True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
