To God belongs the Kingdom of the heavens and the earth. And on the day when the Hour is come, upon that day the vain-doers shall lose. 27 You will see all the people kneeling down. Everyone will be summoned to the Book (containing the record of their deeds). They will be told, "On this day you will be recompensed for what you have done". 28 This, Our record, will speak about you truthfully. We had everything you did recorded in it. 29 Then as to those who believed and did good, their Lord will make them enter into His mercy; that is the manifest achievement. 30 To the unbelievers the Lord will say, "Were not Our revelations recited to you and did not you arrogantly reject them? You were a sinful people". 31 “And when it was said, ‘Indeed Allah’s promise is true and there is no doubt regarding the Last Day”, you used to say, ‘We do not know what the Last Day is – we think it is nothing except an imagination, and we are not convinced.’” 32 Their evil deeds will be revealed to them and (the torment) which they had mocked will surround them. 33 It will be said to them, "This Day We shall forget you, as you yourselves forgot that you would meet this Day. Your abode shall be the Fire, and you shall have no helpers. 34 That is because you took the verses of Allah in ridicule, and worldly life deluded you." So that Day they will not be removed from it, nor will they be asked to appease [Allah]. 35 Then, to Allah belongs [all] praise - Lord of the heavens and Lord of the earth, Lord of the worlds. 36 And His (Alone) is the Majesty in the heavens and the earth, and He is the All-Mighty, the All-Wise. 37
